Senior Manager - Investor Relations

We are looking for Senior Manager/AGM Investor Relations who will be responsible for investor relations activities and communicating the Company's financial performance and strategy including to enhance the Company's relationships with the investors and analysts at large.

Role : Senior Manager / AGM

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute investor relations plans aligned with the Company's overall objectives and financial performance goals

- Build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, press releases, and other communications materials to ensure transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, legal, Secretarial teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of material information to investors and regulatory authorities.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, equity research analyst positions, stock price movements, ownership and investor feedback to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for optimizing investor relations strategies.

- Take additional responsibility in Corp FP&A and M&A Due-Dilligence.

- Support the executive team in developing and refining the company's messaging, positioning, and value proposition for investors and the broader market.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory developments, and emerging trends in investor relations to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the company's investor relations program.

Qualifications:

- Degree in finance, Degree in economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

- Few years of experience in investor relations

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data and investment concepts effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Presentation Skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

- Strong Presentation Skills

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies that drive value for the company.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
