About the Role

Based at the corporate office in Mumbai, the Senior Manager - Investments & Growth will support the company's expansion strategy across hotel acquisitions, management contracts, strategic partnerships, and portfolio development. The role works closely with the institutional sponsor and senior leadership on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, financial underwriting, transaction execution, and due diligence.

This is a rare principal-side opportunity offering direct exposure to hotel acquisitions, asset underwriting, management contract development, and corporate strategy at one of India's top luxury hospitality platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate hotel acquisition opportunities: build detailed financial models and investment underwriting models, prepare investment memorandums, and support valuation and return analysis

- Develop hotel operating projections - revenue forecasts, departmental P&Ls, GOP/EBITDA models, cash flow forecasts, and capex plans - with sensitivity and scenario analysis

- Support business development for third-party hotel management contracts: owner profiling, market mapping, commercial proposals, and management presentations

- Coordinate financial, commercial, operational, technical, and legal due diligence workstreams; prepare diligence summaries with key risks and recommendations

- Conduct market research on hospitality demand-supply trends, competitive performance, and emerging markets

- Prepare Board-quality presentations for senior leadership, the sponsor, and Investment Committees

Candidate Profile

- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, - Economics, or Business Administration from a reputed institution

- 2 to 4 years of experience in hospitality consulting, investment analysis, hotel development, private equity, real estate advisory, corporate finance, or transaction advisory

- Preferred backgrounds: hospitality consulting firms (e.g., Hotelivate, HVS, JLL Hotels & Hospitality, Horwath HTL), Big 4 transaction advisory, real estate private equity, or hotel development teams at international and domestic hotel brands

- Strong skills in financial modelling, hotel feasibility, investment underwriting, hotel valuation, market research, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
