The key responsibilities of the role are: - Investment Facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem development. - Collaborate with industry players, government agencies, and other stakeholders to drive investment and growth in the IT/ITeS, Data Centre, AVGC-XR, GCC sector. - Effective stakeholder coordination and investment promotion activities - Conduct research, preparing reports, knowledge collaterals - Assist the State in participating in various events of national and international importance, multi-lateral forums, trade fairs, conferences, webinars, etc., collaborating with Indian/ Foreign embassies, chamber of commerce, and business councils. - Drafting & facilitating the signing of MoUs with Industry Ecosystem players (national and international partners) & their periodic engagement with the state ecosystem. - Assist in the review of investment proposals to be placed before the competent authority for any special incentives. - Assist the department in collaborating with corporates, industry associations, trade agencies, chambers of commerce, global embassies, international partners (Government and Private Sector), CoE, research institutions, and other relevant business community/ business councils. - Prepare a shelf of project profiles in sectors such as IT/ITeS, Data Centre, GCC, AVGC-XR etc. (containing sector, project that can be set up, land requirement, suggested location, proposed capacity, project cost with cost break up, power and water requirement, infrastructural requirements, etc.) for prospective investors. - Support the department in facilitating dialogues with potential investors. - Provide handholding support to high-value Investors - right from contact establishment to conversion. - Conduct primary and secondary research continually to identify potential companies/investors in the sector who should be targeted. Key Skills Required: - 6+ years of experience as a consultant - Experience of working in government advisory (preferred) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Proven project management skills - Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Education: Qualifications: Bachelor's/ Master's in Business Administration/ IT/ Public Policy /Equivalent
