Senior Manager Investment Operations (Mutual Fund)

The person would be responsible to closely work with the external Fund Accountant (FA) and review/ ensure the following:

- Handling cash flow, Trade Settlement, Reconciliation, Banking, Reporting and Audit

- Daily reconciliation of Bank Accounts and Cash Flow

- Data Management and Various uploads in the Front office system

- Daily Holding Reconciliation of Custody & FA Holding with Front Office system

- Settlement of Equity Trades, Derivatives and STP

- Settlement of Debt Trades and reporting of FTRACK, CIBRICS

- Gift City Funds Cash Management , Trade Settlement Reconciliation and Reportings

- Handling of NDS OM system , Ekuber system and reconciliation of GSEC Holdings

- Margin placement for CCIL and PCM (Derivatives)

- Processing Redemptions and Refund to the investors

- Monitoring and processing various Expense payments to Vendors and Statutory,

- Pooling of collection from various schemes and Bank accounts.

- Monitoring daily Redemption, Refund and Subscription reconciliation

- Banking - Account opening and closing in various banks & custody

- Banking - Net Banking linking of A/c , Addition & Deletion of users

- Banking - Applying and monitoring CMS codes, Processing of RTGS Manually and Net banking

- Handling of NFO collection and other activities related to NFO

- Coordination with RTA , Sales, and CSCs for collections , reporting and credit confirmations.

- Preparing & processing data of unclaimed amount lying in Bank

- Coordinating with Internal , External and Statutory auditors.

- Serve as a backup for operations and client service, when required
