Role: Senior Leadership - Global Markets Operations

An exciting opportunity for a highly experienced professional to lead end-to-end FCM (Futures Commission Merchant) and Prime Brokerage (PB) Operations within a global banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead FCM & PB operations: trade support, clearing, settlements, reconciliations

- Manage client onboarding, reporting, margin & full trade lifecycle processes

- Drive governance, operational risk reviews, audits & supervisory controls

- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance & Front Office

- Lead incident management, root cause analysis & remediation plans

- Build and scale high-performing operations teams in India

- Oversee financial controls: brokerage fees, revenue tracking & exposure monitoring

- Enable automation, workflow improvements & digital transformation initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications:

- Strong leadership experience in Prime Brokerage & FCM Operations (minimum 5 years)

- 6+ years in Institutional Investment Operations / Markets Operations

- In-depth understanding of cleared derivatives lifecycle

- Experience with global regulatory obligations (US, UK/EU, APAC)

- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive cross-functional initiatives

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of platforms: GMI, ClearPort, CME systems, DTCC, PB trade booking tools

- Experience with AI/ML-based controls and automation tools

- Exposure to global exchanges: CME, ICE, Eurex, SGX, HKEX

- Strong client engagement & stakeholder management capabilities
