Senior Manager - Investment/Holding Companies

About the Role:

Our clients are leading MNC & Industrial Conglomerates (Automobiles, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, Retail, EPC, Infrastructure Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, Ports, Information Technology, BPO, Pharma & Telecom) with a Turnover of US $ 1 Bn to US $ 100 Bn.

Senior Manager Investment / Holding Companies:

Spearheads corporate investment strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio management. You will evaluate M&A opportunities, oversee due diligence, and manage financial risks across subsidiaries and assets to maximize shareholder value and drive organizational growth.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead accounts, finance & taxation functions for investment and holding companies.

- Oversee and optimize the group's diversified investment portfolio, aligning asset allocation with the holding company's long-term financial objectives.

- Evaluate asset performance, manage liquidity across holdings, and coordinate budgeting workflows.

- Drive treasury, fund management and capital allocation strategies.

- Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including origination, financial modeling, valuation (DCF, LBO, multiples), and commercial due diligence.

- Monitor the operational and financial performance of subsidiary companies, tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

- Identify and mitigate financial, commercial, and regulatory risks.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and external stakeholders.

- Oversee multi-entity ledger closures, inter-company reconciliations, and group-wide financial statements.

Qualification And Experience:

- CA 1st attempt or 2nd Attempt with 2-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or a holding company structure.

- Advanced proficiency in constructing and reviewing complex financial models, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing.

- Strong expertise in Accounts, Finance & Taxation.
