About the Role:

Our client looking for smart and driven leaders to join our Inventory Planning & Management team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place, while optimising costs and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work backwards from customer and vendor needs to ensure optimal inventory availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business/vendor managers, supply chain, product, finance) to exceed in-stock goals.

- Drive business growth by maintaining sufficient stock levels for high-demand items.

- Partner with vendors to optimize lead times and fill rates.

- Use data-driven insights to prioritize impactful actions and resolve root causes of issues.

- Manage ordering processes and systems to balance competing priorities.

- Develop processes and controls to monitor forecasting, inbound, and inventory systems, continuously improving capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related fields.

- Proven ability to partner with vendors and deliver business results.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail; ability to influence without authority.

- Advanced Excel skills; SQL and other technical skills are a plus.

- Experience in e-commerce or retail preferred.

- Passion for growth, ownership, and setting high standards.
