Description:
- Maintain and develop business relationships - make in-person/video calls sales pitches, onboard partners, conduct frequent webinars, and keep a constant tab on partners experience.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Identify and develop channels for Brand and Sales growth
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within existing channels (Retail, Education and Online)
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned geographies and channels
- Work alongside marketing and design teams to devise and execute marketing plans (ATL & BTL) for brand push and sales growth
- Set parameters for research and in-depth market study for business expansion, market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competitors, customer demographics, new technologies, and more
- Create financial models, communicate with current and prospective clients, generate pitch decks, and identify new business opportunities
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for product launch in new geographies and channels
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in senior roles in the FMGC, Consumer Electronics or Toy Retail industry
- Previous exposure to both online and offline sales channels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Data-driven and meticulous while sorting through thousands of pieces of information
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation
- Strong financial acumen and a solid understanding of business economics
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to position products against competitors and to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
