Role Overview:

As the Senior Manager International Sales, you will be at the forefront of expanding our global footprint and driving revenue growth in international markets. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achievement of targets. This role directly impacts our company's global market share, revenue streams, and brand reputation by delivering exceptional value to our international clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence across designated regions.

- Manage and nurture key accounts, building strong relationships with decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking activities, expanding our customer base in international markets.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored sales materials and product offerings that meet the specific needs of international customers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our sales approach.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with legal requirements.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.

- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential customers and partners.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful international sales strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

- Proven expertise in key account management, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities in international markets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Adaptable to working in a dynamic environment, potentially involving remote collaboration and travel to international locations.
