We are looking out for Senior manager / Director -(Program management and operations) for North America and APAC region for - B2B Software solution for our client corporate office at Ahemdabad .

Position Overview:

About the Role:

- As Director / Senior Manager of program management and operations, you will provide operational support and leadership for the Sales Development Team.


- You will be accountable for optimizing processes, driving efficiency, managing people, and leading end-to-end program management for key initiatives and client engagements.


- Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping a high-performance, data-driven, and innovative operations culture that delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Oversee key operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

- Program Management: Own the full program lifecycle planning, execution, delivery, and post- implementation review ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

- Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, leveraging technology and AI to drive productivity and eliminate bottlenecks.

- Sales Operations Excellence: Oversee execution and continuous improvement of sales operations, including campaign management and performance tracking.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs; use analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, mitigate risks, and inform operational decisions.

- Change Management: Lead and champion change initiatives to support business transformation and operational excellence.

- People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team; foster an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture; proactively address people issues and support career growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or business/program operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Demonstrated success managing large, distributed teams and complex operational structures in a sales or sales operations role.

- Proven experience in end-to-end program management, including risk management and cross-functional project delivery.

- Strong understanding of technology, automation, and AI, and their application in process improvement.

- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

- Advanced proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI).

- Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

- Bachelors degree in business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
