Description: Senior Manager- Internal Communications and Employer Branding- Job Description: Are you excited about the transformative power of e-commerce in reshaping the grocery retail landscape in India? bigbasket continues to create milestones in the online grocery market and has recently rehauled its supply chain across cities to fulfil customer orders faster and more efficiently. With operations spanning 30+ cities and handling over 15 million customer orders per month, bigbasket is driving innovation at scale. As a Senior Manager Internal Communications and Employer Branding, you will lead the design and execution of communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and amplify big baskets employer brand. The role anchors the organization wide communication charter and focuses on positioning big basket as an employer of choice through strategic external communication, social media visibility (especially LinkedIn), and brand campaigns that showcase our culture, values, and people. What would you be doing/ Expected from thisrole?: - Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with business and cultural objectives. - Define and maintain the HR Communication Charter and communication frameworks to ensure consistency and clarity across all messaging. - Partner with HR, Organization leadership, and business teams to deliver impactful organizational messages and campaigns. - Create, edit, design and manage engaging content for newsletters, intranet, leadership emails, and events for impactful storytelling. - Manage all internal communication channels ensuring consistency in tone, message, and branding. - Oversee and manage the organizations LinkedIn page , plan and publish content, track engagement, and collaborate with teams to highlight milestones, culture stories, and employer branding initiatives. - Develop creative and consistent messaging for social media campaigns, thought leadership posts, and employee advocacy programs. - Enable employee engagement through storytelling, recognition programs, and culture-building campaigns. - Support Senior leadership communication drafting key messages, presentations, and talking points. - Support the execution of company-wide events, announcements, townhalls through various communications channels. - Collaborate with creative teams to design visually compelling communication materials. - Measure communication effectiveness through feedback, analytics, and surveys. - Continuously enhance internal communication processes and adopt best practices for higher engagement. Who are we looking for?: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling, editing, and presentation abilities - Strategic thinking with attention to tone, timing, and impact - Work exposure in a fast-paced culture, and adaptability to changing priorities preferably in ecommerce or product-focused organizations. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines - Understanding of digital communication tools and employee engagement platforms (LinkedIn) - High emotional intelligence, attention to detail and creativity in content delivery Qualification & Experience: - MBA/masters degree in communications, marketing, Journalism. - 8-10 years of experience in internal or corporate communications - Experience in managing communication for change management, leadership messaging, and employee engagement programs
