Senior Manager - Internal Audit - Manufacturing Firm

Job Description:

With one of our Manufacturing clients in Mumbai, we have an Internal Audit Manager role responsible for conducting audit fieldwork, evaluating internal controls, reviewing documentation, supporting audit planning, and preparing audit reports. They ensure compliance with Group policies and internal control frameworks while providing independent and objective assurance and advisory support to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute internal audit engagements across Asia Pacific in line with the organization norms, approved audit plan, and established audit methodology.

- Identify control gaps, emerging risks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend practical, value-adding improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA, CIA, CPA, ACCA, or similar certifications are typically preferred for audit roles.

Role Details:

- This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, offering end-to-end exposure to internal audit across business functions.

- The role involves 5060% travel international and domestic.
