Key Responsibilities:

Certified Fraud Examiner - CFE | Global Forensic Investigations | Global Audit | WhistleBlower:

- Lead investigations related to fraud, whistleblowing, misconduct, conflicts of interest, corruption, and violations of company policies.

- Conduct interviews, review documentation, analyse data, and collect evidence.

- Prepare investigation reports and present findings and recommendations to management and governance bodies.

- Support the assessment of fraud risks and identify control weaknesses and root causes.

- Recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.

- Coordinate investigation activities with Compliance and HR, and external specialists where required.

- Support the continuous improvement of companies fraud risk management, whistleblowing, and investigation framework.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Forensic Investigations, Internal Audit, Compliance, Fraud Risk Management, or related areas across various Geographies.

- Proven experience managing fraud, misconduct, and whistleblowing investigations independently.

- Strong analytical, interviewing, investigation, and report-writing skills.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent certification.

- Experience in multinational organizations preferably from RETAIL / Footwear / Global Trade domain.

- Knowledge of anti-fraud, anti-corruption, ethics, and whistleblowing frameworks.

- Experience coordinating with external counsel, forensic specialists, and regulatory authorities.

Reporting Line:

- Reports to the Global Internal Audit Head and works closely with Global Compliance on investigation-related matters.

Location:

- Flexible. The role may be based remotely, subject to the ability to travel internationally as required.
