Role Overview:

As a Sr. Manager - Level_DDV Non-IT for ISD (Integration Separation Divestitures), you will play a critical role in leading and managing the non-IT aspects of integration, separation, and divestiture projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless execution and value creation for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful transactions and achieving desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of non-IT workstreams for integration, separation, and divestiture projects, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

- Conduct due diligence assessments to identify potential integration challenges and opportunities, providing recommendations for value creation.

- Collaborate with functional teams to develop and implement integration or separation plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

- Oversee the transition of non-IT functions, such as finance, HR, and operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient transfer of responsibilities.

- Drive post-merger integration activities, focusing on synergy realization and value creation for the combined entity.

- Develop and implement change management strategies to support successful integration or separation, minimizing resistance and maximizing employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the integration, separation, or divestiture process.

- Identify and implement best practices for integration, separation, and divestiture projects, continuously improving our methodologies and processes.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex integration, separation, and divestiture projects, delivering successful outcomes within budget and timeline constraints.

- Proven expertise in leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.

- Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to analyze complex business situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in change management, with the ability to effectively manage resistance and drive adoption of new processes and systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in M&A, post-merger integration, or related fields.

- Willingness to join immediately and be based in Bangalore.
