Senior Manager - Insurance Operations

Client is seeking a motivated senior resource to support and strengthen our insurance operations. This person will play a key role in managing the end-to-end process, driving improvements, and acting as the bridge between our commercial team and external partners (brokers and credit insurers).

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate credit limit requests and monitor responses

- Serve as the liaison between our commercial team and insurance partners

- Manage and improve operational workflows related to insurance

- Track, report, and escalate issues to ensure continuity of cover

Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

- Educational background in Accounting or Finance preferred

- Experience in Accounting or Finance (preferably credit risk or credit risk insurance)

- Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\
