Job Description
1. Identifying and acquiring new institutional clients, such as pension funds, endowments, and insurance companies, and nurturing existing relationships
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve AUM growth targets and market share
3. Possessing a deep understanding of the AMC's investment products, including mutual funds, PMS, and other offerings.
4. Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and identifying new opportunities for institutional business.
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing regular updates on sales performance and business development activities.
6. 7-14 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably within the Asset Management industry. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products (especially mutual funds and PMS), and sales strategies
