Senior Manager - Inside Sales - B2C - EdTech/BFSI

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Inside Sales Manager (B2C) to lead an Inside Sales team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves managing sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence across assigned business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, coach, and develop an Inside Sales team of approximately 40-50 sales professionals.

- Drive achievement of sales goals through effective planning, execution, and performance management.

- Monitor individual and team performance using defined sales metrics and KPIs.

- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational processes.

- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and business updates.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-9 years of experience in B2C sales.

- Experience managing an Inside Sales team.

- Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred: EdTech, BFSI (including FinTech, Banking, Financial Services, Loans, or Insurance), or Real Estate.

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, sales planning, and performance management.

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Schedule:

- This position follows a weekly work schedule that includes Saturdays and Sundays, with one rotational weekly off.
