A well-backed, high-growth D2C brand is hiring a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to own the influencer and creator ecosystem end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can build a scalable creator engine, drive measurable business impact, and elevate brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
What youll do:
- Own influencer strategy, planning, and execution from brief outreach negotiation content publishing performance
- Identify, onboard, and grow a strong mix of creators (micro to marquee) aligned with brand identity and audience
- Co-create high-performing content with creators; ensure quality, consistency, and brand-first storytelling
- Build repeatable systems: creator pipeline, playbooks, calendars, contracts, usage rights, whitelisting, reporting
- Track performance against key metrics (reach, engagement, CAC/ROAS, revenue, cohort impact) and optimize continuously
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Brand, and Ecommerce teams to tie creator efforts to core goals
- Manage budgets, agencies/partners (if any), and ensure timelines + deliverables are met at pace
What were looking for:
- 5+ years in influencer/creator marketing (D2C / consumer internet brand experience preferred)
- Strong creator network + proven ability to scale influencer programs with measurable outcomes
- Comfort with data: ability to interpret dashboards, run experiments, and link content to business performance
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and creator relationship-building
- High ownership, speed, and strong execution discipline
