Senior Manager - Indirect Taxation - Compliance - CA

Looking for the role of Senior Manager - Indirect Taxation, who is good in compliance part- coming from Big4 or good companies.

Responsibilities are:-

- Ensure overall compliance in terms of ascertainment and deposition of indirect tax liability along with filing of applicable return for multiple entities within due dates.

- Identify, develop and implement a streamlined tax management strategy for timely completion of activities relating to compliance and accounting while ensuring adequate checks and balances to control accuracy; including suggesting and implementing process improvements.

- Exercise control over ledger balances relating to accounting of indirect taxes.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other parts of the business including Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Sales, Marketing, etc.

- Ensuring periodical compiled reporting of deliverables along exceptions reporting.

- Prepare working and reconciliations required for purpose of audit and preparation of financial statement.

What we are looking for:

1. Chartered Accountant (with 5-6 years of Post qualification work experience)

2. Expert knowledge on GST compliance. Sound understanding of accounting practices

3. Open to working on indirect tax compliance for multiple jurisdictions & multiple entities and capability to translate & identify tax implications from financial statements

4. Excellent Ms-Excel skill, with ability to handle, analyze and understand large data

5. Learning approach, adaptable to changes, zeal to update with the changing law, focused to job, handle responsibility and passionate about our mission

6. Maintaining work and behavior integrity at all times
