Prepare customized proposals per the requirement of the corporates/grant giving agencies 2. Create roadmap for existing programs in a 3-5 year time frame including strategies for widening outreach and deepening impact 2. Lead the development, adaptation, testing and mainstreaming of best/good practices in needs assessment, project design, implementation, M & E, and research - Bring together multiple stakeholders, especially the government, companies, implementation partners and international aid agencies for efficiency program delivery - Ensure effective and efficient program monitoring; reporting processes are in place and implemented for all program activities
