Role Overview:

The role demands strong people management skills, expertise in hiring the right talent and building high-performing teams, along with the ability to implement best-in-class HR practices to foster a performance-driven and employee-centric culture. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving HR operations, policies, and strategic initiatives aligned with the organizations goals and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.

- Design and implement effective hiring strategies to attract, evaluate, and retain high quality talent aligned with business needs.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys market positioning as an employer of choice.

- Oversee a seamless onboarding process that provides new hires with the knowledge, resources, and engagement needed to integrate successfully into the company culture.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) to continuously improve talent acquisition processs

Talent Engagement & Talent Development

- Champion a culture of inclusivity, recognition, and continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks that ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Design and execute engagement initiatives
