Job Description : 1. Recruitment and selection - Recruitment and selection of resources as per manpower planning - Source candidates through different recruitment channels - Manage cost per hire and recruitment within the salary ranges - Maintain Recruitment MIS - Induction / Orientation for new joinees - Conduct feedback sessions with new joinees on periodic basis 2. HR operations - Ensure timely and error free payment of salaries - Ensure timely and error free payment of full and final settlement - Conduct exit interviews - Ensure 100% statutory compliance - Facilitates and follows all HR process - Implement HRMS system - Audit of HR records 3. Talent management - Ensure goal setting and review for all employees - Review and update policies and processes as per business requirement - Conduct compensation benchmarking exercise - Ensure successful completion of performance review process - Ensure critical talent management 4. Talent engagement - Plan and drive employee engagement calendar including Samvad, fun@work, R&R initiatives etc. - Support and drive the EES action planning and implementation of plan - Manage and oversee engagement budgets 5. Training & development - Identify training need through performance review, competency gap, etc. - Ensure training coverage for employees - Conduct trainings where applicable and possible and also encourage training through line manager and function leaders - Standardized e-learning modules for Mall employees (SOPs)
