Job Description: Reporting into the Unit Head your roles responsibilities will include: - Working at a leadership level to manage the plant HR activities - To be involved in project planning and execution - Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame - Ensuring the successful launch of the plant by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal statutory compliance. - Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR wrt Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organization Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations. Desired Candidate : - Must possess 15+ years of experience in Plant HR role in a Manufacturing set up - Must have managed IR in current or past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with unions - Excellent communication& presentation skills - Should be fluent in Marathi as a language
