Senior Manager - Human Resources - Media/Entertainment

About the role:

We are hiring a Senior Manager Human Resources (HR) to lead core people functions for its growing digital entertainment business.

The role covers hiring, onboarding, compensation, performance management, and culture building.

Role & responsibilities:

- Run end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding for the digital entertainment business, including tech roles.

- Lead compensation benchmarking and design compensation structures.

- Own the performance management process.

- Drive culture building and employee engagement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 8+ years of relevant HR experience.

- Experience handling end-to-end talent acquisition, including hiring for tech roles.

- Experience with compensation benchmarking and designing compensation structures.

- Experience running performance management processes.

- Experience driving culture building and employee engagement initiatives.

Good to have:

- Experience in a digital entertainment, media, or content business.

- Experience handling HR for a digital or tech-led business unit.
