Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Business Partnership:

- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.

- Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

- Support business expansion, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

- Develop HR policies and frameworks to support business growth.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for manufacturing and corporate functions.

- Develop workforce plans to meet current and future business requirements.

- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies.

- Build talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions.

- Ensure timely closure of key positions while maintaining quality standards.

Performance Management & Talent Development:

- Drive performance management processes, goal setting, and appraisal systems.

- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.

- Design and implement leadership development and capability-building programs.

- Support career development and employee growth initiatives.

- Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement strategies.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations:

- Maintain positive employee relations across manufacturing and corporate locations.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

- Support industrial relations activities and maintain harmonious workforce relations.

- Coordinate with plant leadership on workforce engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

Learning & Organizational Development:

- Identify training needs and develop annual learning and development plans.

- Implement technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.

- Drive organizational development initiatives to improve productivity and employee effectiveness.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee HR operations including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.

- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Manage audits related to HR compliance and documentation.

- Maintain HRMIS systems and employee records.

- Ensure smooth execution of payroll coordination and benefits administration.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Support compensation benchmarking and salary structure reviews.

- Drive performance-linked reward and recognition programs.

- Ensure competitive compensation practices aligned with market standards.

- Assist in annual compensation planning and budgeting exercises.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

- Drive employee satisfaction and workplace culture programs.

- Conduct employee surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.

- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.

- Strengthen communication and transparency across the organization.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor HR teams across manufacturing plants and corporate offices.

- Establish performance goals and development plans for team members.

- Drive process improvements and HR automation initiatives.

- Foster collaboration between HR and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.

- Additional certifications in HR, Organizational Development, or Labor Laws preferred.

Experience:

- 5+ years of HR experience with significant exposure to Transformer Manufacturing, Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, or Industrial Manufacturing industries.

- Experience managing HR functions across both manufacturing plants and corporate offices.

- Strong background in talent management, employee relations, and HR business partnering.

- Experience handling large workforces and leadership-level stakeholder management.
