Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic - Senior Manager - Human Resources with strong exposure to - US HR practices. This role will be responsible for leading HR operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with US employment laws while supporting a remote workforce.
- The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a proven ability to manage HR functions in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
2. US HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for US-based employees/clients.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Handle employee documentation, policies, and audits in line with US standards.
3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategies for US-based roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure timely closures.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Build and maintain a strong employee engagement framework for remote teams.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
5. Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Support leadership in talent development and succession planning.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation structures aligned with US market standards.
- Oversee benefits administration and benchmarking.
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare reports on attrition, hiring, engagement, and performance trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-12+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to - US HR practices- .
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws, compliance, and HR operations.
- Proven experience in managing remote/global teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT/Technology or consulting environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setup.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of adaptability and ownership.
