Act swiftly and involve leaders on any potential Employee Relations situation. - Initiate interaction with union at various forums to encourage the participate approach in all our initiatives of cultural change and establish good network. - To ensure congenial working environment & anticipate disciplinary issues before they surface & create remedial measures. - Liaoning with external authorities. - Support Plant Team for all the initiatives taken towards cultural change. - Drive Suggestion scheme, Reward & Recognition system at Plant Experience : - 10 to 15 years (min 3 years in senior position as head) - Exp in HR & IR (handling contract labor) - Should have worked in Manufacturing company having multi-location, with min employee count of 400+.
