We're looking for a Senior Manager Human Resources to build and scale a high-performance, high-trust culture while partnering closely with business leaders.

What We're Looking For:

- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience

- Strong HRBP, Talent Acquisition & Performance Management expertise

- Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Consumer, Retail, Consumer Internet, or High-Growth Startups

- Exposure to Culture Building, Organization Development, Compensation, Employee Relations & HR Operations

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics, dashboards & workforce planning

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed B-School preferred

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
