Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram.
- The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing the recruitment process, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Daily tasks include employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, benefits administration, and implementing HR policies.
- The role also involves collaborating with different departments to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Skilled in talent acquisition, training and development, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
