The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with the company's business goals. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: - Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies. - Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and requirements. - Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Employee Relations: - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. - Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner. - Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues. - Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate resolutions.
