Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the complete Human Resources function for multiple construction and infrastructure project sites.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and project delivery requirements.

- Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including recruitment of technical professionals, project staff, expatriates, and local workforce.

- Design and execute onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

- Establish and implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

- Develop learning and development programs focused on leadership development, technical capability enhancement, and workforce productivity.

- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.

- Manage payroll coordination, employee records, HRIS, and personnel administration.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, immigration requirements, and company HR policies.

- Build and maintain positive employee relations while proactively addressing employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.

- Foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and high performance across multicultural teams.

- Partner with business leaders and project management teams on organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management initiatives.

- Lead HR audits, policy implementation, compliance reporting, and risk management activities.

- Develop HR metrics and dashboards to monitor recruitment, retention, productivity, attrition, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, government authorities, and statutory bodies.

- Mentor and lead the HR team while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations.

- 15-22 years of progressive HR experience.

- Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Engineering, Mining, Oil & Gas, or Real Estate industry.

- Proven experience managing HR operations for large project sites with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.

- International project experience, preferably in Africa, the Middle East, or other overseas locations.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, expatriate management, and project-based workforce planning.
