
Role Overview:
This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to local, regional, and global stakeholders. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, helping shape the organisation's people agenda while ensuring strong execution across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with the India leadership team to develop and execute the people strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership and coaching to managers on organisational and people-related matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor on performance, engagement, talent, and organisational effectiveness.
Organisation Development & Transformation:
- Lead key people and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Review and enhance HR policies, frameworks, and practices to support business growth.
- Drive initiatives focused on culture, employee engagement, leadership development, and employee experience.
- Support change management and organisational design projects.
Talent & Capability Development:
- Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs.
- Strengthen talent management, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
- Ensure a strong onboarding and employee integration experience.
Employee Experience & Culture:
- Develop and implement initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Act as a champion of company values and employee wellbeing.
HR Governance & Operational Excellence:
- Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant and aligned with business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to support decision-making.
- Partner with Finance on workforce planning, annual budgeting, and compensation reviews.
Ideal Background:
- 10-12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Prior experience in HR Business Partnering, Strategic HR, People Partnering, HR Management, or Organisation Development roles.
- Experience working within multinational, matrixed, and fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders and driving transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to regional and global stakeholder management is highly preferred.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience leading HR transformation, process improvement, or organisational development initiatives.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Good understanding of performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
- Experience working with HR technology and digital HR tools.
