Job Title: Senior Manager - Human Resources

Job Description:
- Overall responsibility for managing the complete spectrum of Industrial Relations and Administration functions.
- Proactively ensure harmonious industrial and employee relations across all locations.
- Manage trade unions, employee representatives, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic enquiries as per company policy and labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws, including coordination with labor authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Manage social compliance and buyer compliance requirements, including internal and external audits.
- Formulate, implement, and review HR & Administration policies in line with company standards and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and operational support to station/location managers on IR and compliance related matters.
- Liaise with external agencies and government departments as required.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
