Job Overview:

As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee retention, and day-to-day coordination with various teams. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations, fostering a productive and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various HR portals, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and issuing offer letters.

- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the full lifecycle of employees, from hiring to issuing relieving letters. Ensure smooth transitions for joining and exiting employees.

- Employee Retention: Implement strategies to retain top talent and enhance employee satisfaction through regular engagement initiatives.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors related to HR services and tools.

- Coordination with Teams: Liaise with team leaders for attendance tracking and resolving any HR-related queries.

- Salary Coordination: Work with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate salary updates.

- Proactive HR Strategy: Implement HR strategies to drive employee motivation, performance, and well-being.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 6 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment (Experience in hiring for senior level positions), employee relations, and team coordination at a senior level.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
