Experience: 8-12 years in HR (TA + HR Ops), preferably in fast-paced, sales-driven organisations


We are looking for a proactive and assertive Senior Manager HR to independently lead all HR functions for the Bengaluru branch. This role demands strong leadership, the ability to command fair authority, and the confidence to influence decisions in a high-growth, target-oriented business environment. The ideal candidate will balance people empathy with firm decision-making, ensuring HR is respected as a strategic partner.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


- Drive end-to-end hiring for all functions, particularly high-volume and sales roles.


- Build robust talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.


- Improve recruitment quality, TAT, and compliance with hiring processes.


- Ensure a strong employer brand and high candidate experience.


HR Operations:


- Lead onboarding, induction, HR documentation, and branch compliance.


- Manage payroll inputs, exit processes, grievances, and policy adherence.


- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and all compliance-related documentation.


- Implement HR systems, SOPs, and statutory requirements with firm enforcement.


Employee Engagement & Performance:


- Implement engagement activities and retention initiatives.


- Partner with business leadership for performance management and capability building.


- Handle escalations firmly while maintaining employee trust and transparency.


Branch Leadership:


- Act as the sole HR authority for the Bengaluru branch.


- Provide strategic HR support for expansion, restructuring, and workforce planning.


- Build strong working relationships with business leaders while maintaining HRs decision authority.


- Ensure company culture, discipline, and processes are upheld consistently.


Key Requirements:


- 8=12 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition + HR Operations.


- Strong command presence; able to exercise fair authority and stand ground when needed.


- Prior experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven, target-oriented business is essential.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.


- Strong decision-making ability with balanced firmness and empathy.


- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
