Position: Senior Manager HR & Admin

Department: HR

Reporting To: Director HR

Location: India Technical Center, Bangalore

Job Overview:

Manage core HR activities and drive key people related initiatives to support business goals and objectives. Implement HR policies and procedures and drive recruitment, payroll, HR operations, employee engagement and administration activities in alignment with business strategy.

Principle Accountability:

- HR Business Partnering: Guide the Business Leaders and staff on human resources related matters.

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and tactical action plans to support growth.

- Oversee all recruitment activities and ensure adherence to key metrics.

- Drive all HR operational activities from hire to exit.

- Annual HR Budgeting & Planning.

- Processes monthly payroll transactions, benefits administration and related activities on time and accurately.

- Maintain good relationships with local labor departments to have updated information of labor laws and regulations and ensure timely compliance.

- Review overall HRIT systems to identify gaps and develop actions (short term and long term) to improve HR functional excellence.

- Lead HR related internal/ external compliance and control activities.

- Drive employee engagement activities focusing on creating a positive and productive work environment.

- Support business to manage people issues.

- Oversee Bangalore facility administration related activities including infrastructure, vendor management, asset management and managing administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

- Coach and develop HR functional excellence in the department.

Education / Experience:

- Master of Business Administration in Human Resource.

- 18-20 years of experience, at least 5 years in the automotive sector/Technical Center/GCC.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, relationships, and leverage diversity in a global enterprise.

- Highly skilled in assessment, selection, and organizational diagnosis.

- Potential and desire to advance into assignments of greater complexity and / or responsibility.

- Strong communications skills in English.
