Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Human Resources to lead the HR function and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations.
The Senior Manager HR will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and manage workforce planning.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans.
- Foster a positive work culture aligned with organizational values.
Performance Management & Development:
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Coach managers on effective performance management practices.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support compensation planning, benchmarking, and administration of salary structures.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and incentive plans.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Provide insights on attrition, performance, and workforce trends.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change, transformation, and culture initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency through technology and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change.
