About the Role: Senior HR Manager

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to own and scale our entire HR function. You'll be responsible for building scalable people processes, strengthening company culture, and enabling the organization to grow smoothly as we scale beyond 80 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy - Drive recruitment across all functions, set up structured funnels, reduce time-to-hire.

- People & Culture - Build and sustain a strong company culture, lead engagement and retention programs.

- HR Operations - Oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, leave, compliance, and documentation.

- Policy & Compliance - Draft and enforce HR policies, ensure statutory compliance.

- Performance & Growth - Build performance frameworks and appraisal structures.

- Team Leadership - Manage a team of HR Executives / Recruiters and act as advisor to leadership.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior role.

- Proven track record in scaling HR in a fast-growing startup.

- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and culture building.

- Experience with HRMS / ATS tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have:

Experience in tech / product startup environments.

- Exposure to compensation design, ESOP, or L&D.

- Certifications like SHRM / HRCI / POSH.
