In a company where technology is the product, people are the differentiator. Were looking for an HR Business Partner who can bridge the brilliance of non-tech teams with the pace and purpose of a tech-driven organization.
This isnt your traditional HR gig. You wont be just "supporting" functions youll be partnering, challenging, co-creating, and building scalable people practices that align with fast-moving business goals.
What Youll Do:
- Be a trusted advisor to leaders across non-tech teams Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and more.
- Drive talent strategies that align with business plans and promote high performance.
- Solve real people problems not just surface-level symptoms with data, empathy, and grit.
- Lead org design, change management, succession planning, and capability development.
- Champion culture, inclusion, and employee experience as a business driver.
- Translate people insights into action owning KPIs like engagement, retention, and growth.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in progressive HR roles; at least 4+ years as a business partner.
- Experience working in high-growth or matrixed organizations (ideally tech or digital-first).
- You speak both business and HR fluently and know when to switch gears.
- Courage to challenge. Curiosity to learn. Calm in the chaos.
- Hands-on and strategic in equal parts.
