We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring alignment with our business goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.

- Design and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.

- Foster a culture of employee engagement and recognition through various programs and initiatives.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

- Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce employee turnover and maintain a stable workforce.

- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.

- Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

- Partner with senior management to provide HR expertise and support strategic decision-making.

- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and analyze HR metrics to track progress and identify trends.

- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.


Eligibility Criteria


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in a senior HR management role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics.
