Role - A strategic and hands-on General Manager Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including HR Business Partnering, Retention of Resources, Employee Engagement, Payroll & Compliance, and Exit Management. Supporting functions in HR like Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategy with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and building scalable people practices for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partnership: - Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and build workforce strategies that drive performance and growth. - Advise and support leadership on org design, performance management, engagement, and employee relations. Payroll & Statutory Compliance: - Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, audits, and reporting. - Maintain 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws, returns, and inspections. - Interface with finance, legal, and external auditors to ensure HR compliance and governance. Employee Lifecycle & Operations: - Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, HRIS management, and exit formalities across locations. - Maintain and enhance policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks for consistency and compliance. - Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve people processes and decision-making. Exit Management & Retention: - Lead structured exit processes, exit interviews, and attrition analysis. - Identify trends and implement retention strategies for high-risk and high-potential talent. - Collaborate with business and HRBPs to improve employee experience and reduce regrettable attrition. Talent Acquisition: - Drive hiring strategy for all levels with a focus on critical functions like procurement, operations, and technology. - Enhance employer branding and pipeline-building initiatives for niche roles. - Improve recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratio. Learning & Development Support: - Partner with the L&D team to drive capability-building initiatives aligned with business needs. - Support onboarding, functional training, behavioral training, and leadership development. - Ensure L&D metrics (training hours, effectiveness scores) are tracked and improved.
