Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can closely work with business leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower and organizational needs

- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and retention

- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR-related matters

- Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives

- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes

- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns effectively

- Drive employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams for hiring and workforce planning

- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders

- Support learning & development initiatives for employee growth

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field

- Proven experience as an HRBP or in a strategic HR role

- Strong understanding of HR operations and business partnering

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment

- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

- Experience in retail, real estate, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries will be preferred

Preferred Experience

- 4-10 years of relevant HR experience

- Prior experience working with large-scale organizations is an advantage
