The role will primarily focus on Industrial Relations, Workforce Management, Plant HR, Labour Compliance, Employee Relations, Discipline, Productivity and HR Operations, with responsibility for supporting plant administration as required.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager HR & IR to lead our human resources and industrial relations strategy for our manufacturing operations in West Bengal. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary custodian of our workplace culture, ensuring seamless alignment between operational goals and workforce stability. You will work closely with plant leadership, government authorities, and cross-functional department heads to foster a productive, compliant, and harmonious work environment. By proactively managing labor dynamics and streamlining administrative operations, you will directly influence the organization's ability to maintain uninterrupted production cycles and uphold our reputation as an employer of choice in the region.

Preferred Profile:

- Male, Minimum 5+ years of hard-core HR & IR experience in manufacturing Industry

- Experience in a 350 Cr+ / 500+ workforce manufacturing organisation

- Strong exposure to workforce and contractor management

- Proven experience in West Bengal industrial environment

- Graduate mandatory; MBA/PG in HR/Personnel Management from a premier institute preferred

- Strong hands-on experience in IR, labour compliance, grievance handling, discipline and workforce productivity
