
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Manager - HR to lead and scale the people function across talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee experience. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can build robust HR frameworks, drive business-aligned people initiatives, and ensure operational excellence through data, process rigor, and automation.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale the HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Experience.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership, aligning people initiatives with business goals and growth plans.
- Drive end-to-end hiring strategy and execution across tech, non-tech, and niche roles.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks, KRAs, and compensation cycles.
- Build and strengthen HR policies, SOPs, and scalable processes across the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, internal mobility (IJP), and offboarding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, leadership connects, and feedback forums to enhance culture and retention.
- Lead and execute global and local HR projects based on evolving business needs and organizational priorities.
- Oversee HR operations including compliance, payroll coordination, leave management systems (Zoho), and audits.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
- Leverage HR analytics to track key metrics, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative automation solutions across HR workflows.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
- Support organizational transitions (e.g., acquisitions, integrations) with strong change management practices.
- Manage end-to-end HR compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 8-12+ years of experience across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
- Proven experience in building and scaling HR functions in fast-growing organizations.
- Strong expertise in performance management, compensation, and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho, Ashby, or similar systems).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement automation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience managing global and local HR initiatives or cross-border teams is a strong plus.
- High ownership, execution focus, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
