Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage HRIS operations, support talent strategy initiatives, and provide end-to-end coordination across HR programs. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to streamline HR processes for seamless employee and business experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management
- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems
- Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality across employee lifecycle
- Generate and analyze HR dashboards/reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, payroll input etc.)
- Support HR digital initiatives, workflows, and system enhancements in partnership with IT/vendor teams
Talent Strategy & Programs:
- Support implementation of talent initiatives: performance management, succession planning, HiPo programs, employee engagement, and capability building
- Assist in developing and tracking key HR metrics aligned with talent and business strategy
- Coordinate communication, rollout, and training related to talent management programs
HR Coordination & Operations:
- Act as HR focal point for cross-functional teams, business leaders, and employees
- Drive coordination for HR calendar events - hiring cycles, PMS, L&D programs, employee surveys, rewards & recognition etc.
- Prepare HR presentations, MIS, and management reports for leadership reviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with TA and HR Ops
