Role Overview
As Senior Manager - HR Operations, you will lead core HR processes while spearheading initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. From payroll and compliance to onboarding and stakeholder engagement, you'll be at the heart of our HR engine-ensuring precision, speed, and impact. You'll also play a key role in ideating and executing projects that modernize HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and statutory requirements
- Oversee onboarding processes to deliver seamless employee experiences
- Monitor and improve turnaround time (TAT) across HR service delivery
- Drive HR efficiency through process optimization and automation
- Lead strategic HR projects with cross-functional collaboration
- Influence and align stakeholders on transformation initiatives
- Maintain governance, reporting, and service-level metrics
Desired Profile:
- 8-10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a large organization (10,000+ employees)
- Proven expertise in payroll, compliance, onboarding, and HR shared services
- Strong project management and process improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in ideating and executing HR transformation projects
- Exposure to centralized/shared services HR delivery models is a plus
