Work with the global teams on HR operations and shared services model. - Partner with line/project managers, be a trusted advisor in all HR related processes - Provide input to the Business and M&A team on due diligence reporting and integration of newly acquired projects in India - Participate in the global HR projects and drive the deployment & design of local HR policies and practices in India - Understand and appreciate working life in project sites and develop and support the sites on developing robust HR policies and procedures. - Align and collaboration with Corporate HR at global headquarters - Partner with leaders in building the competence and talent pool and hire the right people - Ideate and create new employee services which are fit to purpose - Identify and design processes that can be automated in HR and develop analytical dashboards - Drive the compensation module for India and able to understand & implement job evaluation process esp.
