Responsibilities:
- Lead Reporting from DarwinBox: Be the subject matter expert for all reporting and analytics within our current HRMS, DarwinBox. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR metrics and reports to stakeholders.
- Data Integration & Future-Proofing: Architect and manage the reporting framework to ensure it can be seamlessly integrated with new HR tools or modules as we grow. This includes data mapping, API utilization, and developing standardized reporting protocols.
- Strategic Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify key trends in areas like employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, engagement, and performance. Translate these findings into actionable insights for leadership.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Design and build insightful reports and dashboards. Use your expertise to go beyond basic reporting, creating a narrative that highlights key findings and their business implications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tool & Technology Expertise: Leverage your expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA, Macros, and Power Query). You will be responsible for automating reporting processes and creating sophisticated analyses.
- Experience with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool such as Power BI, Tableau etc
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).
- Experience with or a strong interest in leveraging AI tools for advanced analytics..
