Senior Manager - HR Operations (Global Shared Services)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager HR Operations to lead global HR Operations across multiple regions. This role will oversee HR service delivery, drive process standardization and continuous improvement, and manage geographically distributed teams supporting global HR operations.

The incumbent will partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable HR operations while enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).

- Manage HR Operations teams located in India and the United States.

- Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure consistent HR service delivery while meeting regional and global compliance requirements.

- Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other Centers of Excellence to support business needs.

- Drive HR process governance, documentation, and service quality improvements.

- Support HR systems enhancements, process optimization, and reporting initiatives.

- Develop, coach, and mentor HR Operations teams while building a high-performance culture.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver strategic HR initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services.

- Strong experience managing the complete Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.

- Experience supporting global HR Operations, including exposure to both US and India HR processes.

- Hands-on experience with Workday (ServiceNow experience is an added advantage).

- Demonstrated experience managing geographically distributed teams, including teams in India and the US.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with global leadership.

- Proven experience driving HR process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.

- Prior experience working in large multinational organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
