Role Overview
Role will own the end-to-end people data and operations ecosystem across geographies. This is a high-impact role responsible for building scalable analytics frameworks, running critical HR operations, and enabling leadership with sharp people insights.
You will partner closely with senior leadership, finance, and HR stakeholders to drive clarity, governance, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & Insights
- Own and evolve the People Analytics framework across payroll, compensation, performance, productivity, attrition, and workforce planning
- Design and maintain leadership dashboards covering performance outcomes, culture signals, and organizational health
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision-making
- Drive data hygiene, consistency, and system integration across HR platforms
Compensation & Payroll Operations
- Manage end-to-end payroll and compensation operations for India, Singapore, Australia and future geographies
- Lead compensation analytics, benchmarking, and internal equity analysis
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasts, and compensation modeling
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all payroll processes
Performance, Culture & Governance
- Own performance management analytics, calibration insights, and outcome reporting
- Design and track culture and governance dashboards, including complaints, investigations, and resolution metrics
- Support leadership with data-backed insights on engagement, accountability, and culture risks
HR Compliance & Global Operations
- Lead HR compliance across India, Singapore, Australia, and future locations
- Support global office expansion from an HR operations and compliance lens
- Ensure policies, processes, and audits are robust, scalable, and future-ready
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 HR operations professionals
- Set high standards for execution, ownership, and analytical rigor.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Background
- 9-10 years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, compensation, compliance in corporate / consulting setup.
- Strong exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, and data-led decision making
- Hands-on experience with multi-country HR compliance
- Background in Big 4, large MNCs, or global Indian organizations preferred
Skills & Capabilities
- High comfort with data, systems, and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of payroll, compensation structures, compliances, and governance
- Ability to balance detail orientation with strategic perspective
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex data for leaders
